CHILDREN/TeenAgers

The pre teen and teenage years can be challenging. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where children/teenagers can openly express their thoughts and feelings. I work in private practice as well as in school and whether it's dealing with stress, life events, neurodiversity, anxiety, self-esteem issues, or navigating relationships, I'm here to listen and help them develop the skills they need to thrive.

Every child is different and communicate in different ways. For younger children play is their natural language but for older children/teens finding the words can also be difficult - I work at the child’s pace and adapt to their needs. Depending on the child, I may incorporate play, games, and creative activities into our sessions, offering alternative ways to express themselves. Whether through art, writing, or interactive activities, these creative outlets can help unlock emotions and thoughts that are hard to articulate. I will have a variety of toys, games and arts materials available for your child/teenager.

Together, we'll work towards building resilience, fostering self-confidence, and finding healthy, creative ways to cope with life's challenges.
