counsellor in Dorking or online counsellor

There are many different types of counselling and talking therapies.

My approach incorporates a number of recognised and established therapies, adapting to each individual clients needs. Using mainly the person centred approach but also introducing problem solving and coping strategies, if needed, which are more goal focused to help my clients move forward with positivity and hope.

I am compassionate, non-judgmental, and focus on empowering my clients to feel in control of their own health and well-being. I aim to create a relaxed and calm environment for my clients, both adults and children/teenagers.

Please get in touch if you feel we could work together.
