Are you feeling anxious, have periods of low mood, feel overwhelmed or are maybe finding it difficult to cope?
Perhaps you are struggling with a specific loss, life event or relationship or taking a positive step to improve your mental health?
I offer a calm, safe and confidential space to explore life challenges or trauma from the past, in current lives or anxieties/concerns around the future.
Together, working towards positive change and growth, which may be through acceptance and understanding or by making changes to the way clients view themselves or the world around them.

FAQs & Fees
What happens next?
Our initial 20 minute consultation will be a space for you to explain the reasons for seeking therapy and what you hope to achieve . It is also to understand and clarify the way we will work together and begin to create a plan for your therapeutic journey. If at the end of your initial consultation, you decide to continue with counselling you will be given an agreement to read and an opportunity to discuss any further questions/concerns you have during our first session.
.
Do you offer short-term and long-term counselling?
Both. Each session will ideally be at the same time each week and be 50 minutes in length. After the initial consultation it will be discussed as to whether short-term (usually 6 weeks) or longer-term therapy is required. Regular review sessions (every 6 weeks) can revisit this if you are not sure.
How much does a session cost?
Fees to be paid 48 hours in advance of the session. I offer some concessionary rates for those with limited income. Please ask me for details.
